You'd Think I'd Know Better

Macys dad (that's me) has really been tied up with work recently, so the posts are slower than normal.

Last Sunday, Annie and Macy returned from their Northern trip and as you can imagine, with a week by myself, I had emptied the house of food without replacing any of it. (I get lazy sometimes) So, on Monday night, after watching the baby all day, Annie wisely suggested that we head out for dinner. Seemed to make sense to me. Dinner at the restaurant coincided with Macy's dinner, so Annie gave her dinner as well.

After Macy finished, Annie tried to burp her for a number of minutes without success. Being the good dad and husband that I am, I offerred to take over the burping duties. After 12 weeks of being a dad, you think I would know the importance of a burp cloth. Clearly from the picture below, I haven't learned anything.

While attempting to get Macy to burp, I heard a strange sound escape from her throat and thought it might have been a burp. I turned around and asked Annie if there was any spitup. Instead of getting an answer, I got laughter. Take a look at what she saw, and let me know if I was succesful in getting a burp.
